WHY DRINK
By the example of dismantling, we will show the differences. We are often asked what is so special about our services. In the end it is most expensive to finish as fast as possible during an assembly. Important information from the original location will be lost. So here are the key differences:
Each beverage machine and installation is unique. Often subsequent changes to the machine are made, which are then not documented in detail. It is a standard for DRINK to document the current condition by, drawings, photos and markers before beginning with the installation.
It is very important to have a correct declaration for the reassembly. The various components are packaged separately. We distinguish between electrical and mechanical documentation, manuals, software, format change parts, spare parts, etc.
Often valuable time is lost for the procurement of a lost part. DRINK knows the prices of spare parts for the respective machines and always tries to make shure that no parts are lost during the works.
It is DRINK- standard to screw back all screws after dismantling. All screws are fixed by us, as they would otherwise get lost in transit. This ensures that the correct screws are used during the reassembly.
Damages during transport cause unnecessary costs which are often noticed after years. It is standard for DRINK to use packaging materials and, if necessary, transportation frames, as well as to use only qualified staff. This is an important prerequisite to prevent transport damages.
Only skilled workers are employed during the disassembly. This guarantees the proper handling of valuable equipment, and a high safety awareness.
All those, to a certain degree some more extensive measures, allow a saving of time during installation and commissioning. The long-term effectiveness is influenced positively as well.
